Job description: We have an exciting opportunity to join our Energy Transition team as a Sales and Marketing Assistant based in our Warrington Office.
As a Sales and Marketing Assistant you will provide support to the Energy Transition Sales Manager, to ensure the continued success of our Energy Transition journey. Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Logging new enquiries on CRM and Excel trackers
- Liaise with sub-contractors and keep sub-contractor database up to date
- Manage the shared email inbox
- Compiling weekly/monthly sales reports for the management team
- Liaising with internal sales teams
- Help to organise and represent the team at exhibitions and other supplier events
- Work closely with the marketing team to deliver strategic plans
Are you a Sales and Marketing Assistant? We’re looking for:
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- IT literate, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Microsoft Dynamics etc
- Ability to work remotely and with minimal supervision
- Knowledge of renewable technologies is an advantage but not a prerequisite as full training will be given.
