We want you to apply!Job Summary and QualificationsAs a Maintenance Technician II, you promote a professional and comfortable environment for all customers and you are on the front lines of performing daily functions to support the well-being of the facility. The Mechanic II has important contact with patients, visitors and clinical staff every day. Your mechanical aptitude and knowledge in facility and plant operations are an opportunity to be a part of something bigger. Your commitment to service, safety and professionalism is critical to achieving the best experience for our patients.What You Will Do In This Role

  • You will provide additional supervisory support to Maintenance Technician I’s by assisting, teaching and guiding their work.
  • You will protect the asset value of facility and equipment by diagnosing and performing preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • You will ensure the operation of fixed plant equipment by performing daily building and equipment checks and recording status of equipment.
  • You will assist in controlling and maintaining the materials inventory by informing Director of material usage, low inventory levels, and following established stocking procedures.

What qualifications you will need:

  • Drivers License
  • Three years in healthcare mechanical / electrical plant operations
  • Current driver license with clear driving record
  • De-escalation and Intervention Training within 90 days of hire
  • This role requires you to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 based on local, state and /or federal law or regulations (unless a medical or religious exemption is approved).
