Salary: $140,000-$160,000/Year (Relocation Assistance Provided)
Requirements: Must have 7-10+ Years in Engineering/Manufacturing and working with Equipment/Machinery in a packaging environment. At least 5-6 years working in a management role with electrical and mechanical engineers.

What You Will Be Doing

-The Engineering leader will be responsible for overseeing full designer process, fabrication, manufacturing, solutions, and ensuring final product meets industry requirements and quality standards.

-This individual will entail the ability to manage a team of engineers and work well with cross-functional teams including production, assembly, and quality, to successfully deliver caps, seals, and lid packaging machinery solutions that meet custom clientele specifications.

What You Need for this Position

-Bachelors degree – Engineering, Manufacturing or related field

-10+ years in designing equipment/machinery for the packaging industry with knowledge for optimum material science principles

-8+ years of on-the-job experience and understanding of SolidWorks 3D software to generate layouts, 3D models, detailed drawings, and manuals

-6+ years of management for a team of mechanical and electrical engineers

-Experience in project budgeting, strategic planning, and resource allocations

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
