We are proud to be launching the Bradford-Renduchintala Enterprise Ecosystem (B-REE), a £3.3m programme which will stimulate and support the development of new business and social enterprises in our University and city. Through this programme, students, researchers, staff, graduates, and community members will be inspired, will receive training and mentoring, will have access to seed and growth funding, and will develop their new enterprises within an open, inclusive entrepreneurial environment that enables them to succeed. 

This is an exciting new role, and we are seeking someone who shares our values and passion to contribute to a diverse and prosperous city, and who can lead programmes that ensure enterprises created by students, researchers, staff, graduates, and disadvantaged members of our community receive the team, mentoring and financial support needed to grow and thrive. This will involve building mentor networks, recruiting and developing entrepreneurial talent, and identifying new sources of investment and funding. This is also a hands-on role, providing direct support to entrepreneurship workshops and coaching support to founder teams as needed. The position requires a high level of initiative, good all-round business knowledge, an empathetic and sensitive approach. In addition to delivering programmes, the role involves managing external training agencies. We are looking for a committed team player, who can lead directly and through liaison with colleagues
