Job description: Are you an ESG Data analyst looking to join a team in the professional services sector?

Our client is growing their team to look at future ESG reporting frameworks and standards. Using your expertise, you will be managing the GHG accounting and reporting frameworks such as GRI and TCFD.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and continuously improve the firm’s carbon monitoring through data gathering, analysis and reporting, including a record of methodology and any changes to emission factors as they occur

Produce regular internal sustainability management reporting and analysis

Support the firm’s annual GHG inventory reporting and verification process and recalculation of GHG emissions baseline and subsequent emissions data

Identify opportunities for improvement and support business decisions to improve performance

Support the research, development and/or procurement of a reporting software platform as appropriate

Provide data and narrative reporting to support Responsible Business statutory and voluntary submissions, benchmarking, bids, award nominations and annual impact report

Any other duties that may be required to ensure the efficient operation of the sustainability reporting service

This role is for you if you have:

Proficiency in Excel (there will be a tested task)

Understanding and exposure to GRI, TCFD and other ESG reports and frameworks

Carried out carbon accounting
