Estate Agent New Homes Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator Are you an experienced Estate Agent who is feeling frustrated with branch life and looking for a new challenge? Whatever your level of Estate Agency experience we would like to hear from you and applications are also invited from candidates with Residential Lettings or New Homes experience. Estate Agent New Homes Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator You will specialise in facilitating the sales of new homes working with housebuilders, lenders and a nationwide network of Estate Agents. You will assist on the part exchange from initially arranging valuations with three Estate Agents and taking all of the relevant information before then instructing the Estate Agents to market the property and you will also liaise directly with the housebuilders. Estate Agent New Homes Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will need to be able to build on client relationships. Communicate with Estate Agents, customers, and clients and at the same time provide an integral support role to both your dedicated team and the company. Responsible for the successful negotiation and management of properties for sale for their Housebuilder clients under Part Exchange and Assisted Move schemes. Estate Agent New Homes Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator You will possess a proven track record in Residential Property Sales and have the determination to meet and exceed target’s set. The ability to work towards your own targets in addition to contributing fully to the wider team. A team player with excellent organisational skills. Excellent inter-personal and presentation skills, with outstanding communication and listening skills, with the ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple format, and be able to accurately assess information under pressure. You will need to be accurate, numerate and highly computer literate, a highly competent Microsoft Office user, including Excel, Word and Outlook, and be able to quickly adapt to new software packages and online processes. Estate Agent New Homes Sales / Senior Sales Negotiator Working hours Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm with 1 in 6 Saturdays working from 10.00am to 5.00pm on a rota.
Expected salary: £30000 per year
