Job description: Do you want to work for a market leading Estate Agents? We are looking for an existing Estate Agency Sales or Lettings Negotiator with a minimum of 3 months experience.

Estate Agent Sales Negotiator You will receive an initial 4 month salary guarantee of £2,300 per month whilst you build your sales pipeline so during this period you cannot earn less than this! You will be the representation of the branch to all incoming enquiries, with the ability to negotiate, manage time, and client expectations suitably and you will need to drive and have your own car. Estate Agent Sales Negotiator We require someone with good communication skills, IT proficiency, team player with the ability to manage own time and spot opportunities quickly.
