Job description: Role: EUC AnalystRole Type: 6 months Fixed-Term ContractLocation: PeterboroughRole PurposeThis role is a EUC Analyst role within the Global EUC team.The EUC Analyst will be a key individual with an in-depth knowledge in delivering day-to-day support for our corporate functions, vaults and retail store. The candidate must have a customer focus and possess a strong understanding of EUC technology, customer service principles, business processes, key drivers and measures of success. Demonstrable skills and passion in providing continuous improvement are essential.Key AccountabilitiesProvide high level specialist hardware and software support to our diverse and expansive user community.Be a critical voice in shaping the future of EUC.Track company assets and keep firm records.Cover line manager duties when required.Take a leading role in EUC projects.Take ownership of high priority incidents and become a point of escalation as needed.Ensure that our systems are up to date with latest updates to reduce exposure to software vulnerabilities.Provide expertise to our global customers to ensure their requests are planned in accordance with set standards.To help the team be at the forefront of automation to cut down on manual processes.Manage the call queue and prioritise incidents adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and contractual obligations. Making sure that all controls and procedures are followed accordingly and avoiding SLA breaches.Communicate with users, stakeholders, VIPs, and other teams around the globe ensuring that the communication of the customer journey is visible, transparent, and informed.Contribute to how EUC can continuously get better through streamlining our procedures and mechanisms.Perform maintenance and housekeeping tasks to keep our systems running efficiently. This will include tasks such as removing a device from all IT systems before decommissioning it and looking for opportunities to increase the user experience through system tweaks and maintenance.Make sure that all issues that are assigned to EUC are logged appropriately as a request, incident or change.Meet deadlines and SLAs and take accountability for any roadblocksExperience and personal qualitiesEssentialAbility to work well with others within a global team and share workloads.A full clean UK driving license.Advanced problem solving, good timekeeping, excellent communication and customer service skills, an ability to work independently as well as in a team and able to think outside the box.Microsoft product knowledge (Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, Azure (Entra) and Intune)A good understanding of networking theory.A good knowledge of how a global EUC estate functions.An excellent knowledge of smart and mobile operating systems (Android, IOS)Able to quickly learn a broad range of products and infrastructure to support other data centres.Willingness to travel within the UK and internationally if required.Willing to work shifts on a rota and to provide cover as needed.A good understanding of Anti-Virus and Anti Malware software.Apple product knowledge.An understanding of ITIL frameworks.Why Travelex?To remain the world’s leading foreign exchange specialist, we are focused on making our customers’ lives simpler, more engaging and hassle free while they travel or move money abroad.
