The Best Connection are currently recruiting AFTERNOON PARCEL SORTERS to work for one of our clients based at Stansted Airport. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a global leader in logistics, distribution, and supply chain management, with full Aviation training provided. - Pay: £11.44 per hour up to 8pm, then £13.95 per hour after 8pm
- Duration: Ongoing, temporary to permanent
- Hours: 19:00 – 22:30 (Monday to Friday)
- Location: Stansted Airport
- Free Onsite Parking
- Training Provided
- Canteen Available
Requirements of AFTERNOON PARCEL SORTERS:
1) Be willing to apply for a DBS Check (Paid for by us!)
2) Have a 5 year checkable work history (Obtained for you by us!)
3) Be willing to attend an Aviation Cargo Operative Course (Paid for by us!)
Role of an AFTERNOON PARCEL SORTER:
- Labelling/Scanning Parcels
- Lifting/Moving Parcels in a busy environment (may be up to 25kg in certain areas)
- Quality Inspecting Cargo
- Work safely and accurately at speed
- Following instructions
