Job Description
We’re looking for a confident and personable individual with excellent administrative, communication and organisational skills as well as a passion for Education.
This role gives administrative and logistics support for the delivery of a wide range of events, working closely with the Faculty Hubs and Access team to ensure the operational details of all events are coordinated. Administrative tasks include all elements of events support as well as financial support following University procedures. Events play a key role in the awareness raising of the University and the decision making of prospective students and their influencers. The role requires excellent customer service, collaboration and organisational skills as well as an interest in events and Higher Education.
The post is part of a central team which includes a range of high performing marketing, recruitment and events professionals as well as other administrative support roles. The team vision is to create the best possible prospective student experience at every touchpoint, in a collaborative and innovative way.
