An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Sales Associate to join the Holland Cooper team in our Bicester Village store. We are looking for another strong team player to join us on our journey in establishing Holland Cooper as an international premium brand.

Responsibilities

The Role

• Providing high quality service, aiming to go above and beyond for customers
• Representing the brand at all times
• Housekeeping and merchandising, ensure store standards are maintained
• Efficiently following till, stock and sales procedures
• Achieveing personal and store KPI targets
• Awareness of any stock security issues and communitcating to management if necessary
• Develop and maintain a high level of product and brand knowledge and using this to advise customers
• Attendance, involvement and support in any brand training rolled out and implemented
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations, policies and procedures

Qualifications

Candidate profile/ Skills & Experience

• Customer focused with a proactive, vibrant and friendly personality
• A natural gift for sales, inspiring enthusiasm for products in others, in order to buy
• A team player, working with others to achieve brand integrity, goals and deadlines
• Proven experience of working towards and achieving sales targets
• Previous experience working within luxury/premium retail is preferential
• Enjoyment of working in a fast paced environment
• Presenting a professional image
• A loyal employee with a desire for longevity and progression
• An interest in fashion and a passion for retail with a reliable and conscientious attitude
