Recra is working in partnership with an award-winning Consultancy, which is a forward-thinking and dynamic business that has a highly skilled team of experts that cover a number of sectors and industries. My client is a specialist in Health & safety but so much more. They are a well-respected community of industry experts who pride themselves on strong ethics and teamwork values.
They are looking to introduce an Expert Witness covering the Construction industry.

Job Summary:

  • A specialist within Expert Services, supporting clients in the legal, insurance, industrial and financial sectors
  • Preferably, expert witness experience and/or significant experience as an assistant lead on expert reports may also be considered.
  • To be well regarded for the expert witness work they have performed and have provided expert analysis of the highest standard.
  • Preferably to have a minimum of three years experience supporting expert witness work.
  • As the role also requires writing high-quality professional expert witness reports, including CPR 35 compliant reports, and providing testimony when required, excellent command of the English language in both written and spoken modes is highly imperative.
  • Focused/ analytical approach to working and strong work ethics.
  • Passion for working in the construction disputes industry.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Robust under cross-examination

Teamwork:

  • Play an active role in contributing to the success of the business
  • Work in partnership with other members of the Permitting, assisting in the successful winning and delivery of projects.
  • Business Development: Development and growth of the Expert Services offering
