TSR LegalUp to Circa £45k paTSR Legal are delighted to be assisting an award-winning law firm is seeking a dedicated Solicitor/Legal Executive with at least 3 years PQE in family matters to join their experienced team.About This Firm: This law firm is a prestigious law firm committed to providing exceptional legal services to their clients. With a focus on excellence and client care, they have earned recognition for their outstanding work in the legal industry.The Role: We are looking for a talented Family Lawyer to join the Abergavenny office. This role involves handling private family law matters, including divorce, financials, settlement disputes, and childcare issues.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse caseload of private family law matters with professionalism and care.
- Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in divorce proceedings, financial settlements, and childcare disputes.
- Conduct negotiations and mediation sessions to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including petitions, agreements, and court submissions.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor/CILEX Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE in family law.
- Strong knowledge and experience in private family law matters, including divorce, financial settlements, and childcare disputes.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a client-focused approach.
