Location – Manchester, United Kingdom
Duration – 12 months renewable contract (Project up to Summer 2025 possibility of extension beyond that)OUTSIDE IR35!I am currently recruiting for a Field Engineer working on an airside aviation client of ours based in Manchester.Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years of Construction industry experience in Civil, Mechanical
- Airside aviation experience with multi discipline construction activities (desirable).
- Well versed in technical aspects of the construction processes
- Ability to work within a multi-disciplinary team, including contractors, JV partners, engineering and management contacts.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and objectives.
- Strong attention to detail and sound technical decision making.
- Strong interpersonal
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of applicable industry codes, and practices.
- Strong knowledge of working with/ within a Control of Work environment (including issuing of work permits).
- Ability to work in adverse weather and occasional longer hours or outside of hours working
- Strong understanding of quality control along with commissioning and handover requirements.
- Ability to review and accept of As-built documentation
