Job Description

Key Responsibilities: * Customer Identification:

  • Proactively identify potential customers within the UK market.
  • Utilize market research and industry knowledge to pinpoint target segments.
  • Needs Assessment:
  • Engage with potential and existing merchants in person to understand their challenges.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify pain points and requirements.
  • Product Knowledge:
  • Acquire a deep understanding of Teya’s products and their applications.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of Teya’s products to potential customers.
  • Relationship Building:
  • Cultivate strong relationships with merchants by demonstrating genuine interest and understanding.
  • Establish rapport and trust to create a positive customer experience.
  • Deal Closing:
  • Apply effective sales strategies to persuade potential customers and close deals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions in line with company guidelines.
  • Business Expansion:
  • Contribute to the overall growth of Teya’s business in the UK market.
  • Work towards achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Market Feedback:
  • Provide valuable insights and feedback from the field to enhance product offerings.
  • Collaborate with the team to adapt strategies based on market dynamics.
  • Brand Representation:
  • Act as a representative of Teya, embodying the company’s values and vision.
  • Uphold the brand image and contribute to positive brand recognition.
  • Reporting and Documentation:
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
  • Provide regular reports to the sales management team.

Your team:

As a Field sales agent, you will be part of our Sales Team in the UK, a strong and talented team that’s passionate, energetic, competitive, and utilises data for every decision. You will be the face of Teya, the one closest to our CEO: the Merchant! As merchants are at the core of our business, your team’s job is to establish long-lasting relationships with merchants, enabling them to operate more efficiently and assisting them in growing their business. You will also work closely with different teams, contributing towards providing data-driven insights that will lead us to improve our merchant experience.

Mission Statement:

As a Field Sales Agent at Teya within the Sales UK department, your mission is to drive business growth by identifying potential customers, understanding their challenges, and strategically leveraging Teya products to solve those challenges. Your role is pivotal in building strong relationships with both potential and existing merchants, contributing to the expansion of our market presence and fostering a culture of care and partnership.
