Job description: We are seeking a dedicated Finance Analyst to join our Accounting & Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for examining financial data, assisting in decision-making processes, and streamlining business operations.

  • Analyse financial data and create financial models for decision support
  • Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
  • Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Identify financial status by comparing and analysing actual results with plans and forecasts
  • Guide the cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking and process analysis
  • Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps

A successful Finance Analyst should have:

  • Experience in business and financial data analysis
  • Understanding of financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office and financial software applications
  • Excellent communication skills to report on financial forecasts to management
