Our people are our greatest strength, and we work as one team in service of our customers and communities.Allstate operate a very flexible hybrid working policy that will allow you to design your working week in collaboration with your manager with a blend of remote and office working for NI based employees as well as condensed working patterns (4 day week/9 day fortnight).Join our team and you’ll find challenge and reward in a culture of innovation, support and balance.LocationNorthern IrelandYour role in the teamAs a Financial Analyst, the successful candidate will be part of a team based in Belfast working closely with a US based team.The Financial Analyst is responsible for providing timely and accurate invoicing, expense reporting, producing financial reports, and analysis to help support business decisions.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Financial reporting and meaningful analysis to support business decisions
- Invoicing partners
- Investigate financial issues and questions
- Participate and complete ad hoc projects/requests
- Work closely with management teams and key stakeholders in the organization
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual reports and presentations of a financial nature
- Ensure credibility by providing high quality (accurate, timely, relevant) financial measurement, reporting, planning, and consulting
So, what are the essential criteria to apply?

- A degree in Finance related discipline; or a non-finance related discipline but supported with an industry qualification within a finance or accountancy related discipline.
- Proven commercial experience with Microsoft Excel and the ability to analyze, manipulate, and interpret large amounts of data; and
- Experience using SAP
The ideal candidate must also demonstrate competency in:
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively collaborate with multiple levels of organizational leadership
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Have a logical and analytical approach
We also have some desirable criteria
- At least 12 months experience in a Finance/Accountancy role
- Experience using EPM, BPC or Hyperion
- Experience using tableau
