Join our Investment Finance team as a vital member reporting to the Senior Finance Manager overseeing IT, Data & Change (ITD&C). Your primary focus will be on business partnering with the ITD&C function, including the easyJet Airline Change portfolio, while managing end-to-end accounting, forecasting, and month-end reporting.
This dynamic role demands close collaboration with senior non-finance teams, adept multitasking, and seamless integration within the broader Finance team. Your responsibilities will include providing robust analytical support, ensuring accuracy and confidence in financial figures, and offering valuable insights into cost drivers to facilitate cost reduction initiatives. Qualifications
What you need to do the role
We are seeking a qualified accountant who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments, adept at navigating large and complex entities. You should possess strong analytical acumen, showcasing expertise in variance analysis and identifying key drivers of financial performance. Deadlines are no obstacle for you, as you deliver with precision and fantastic attention to detail. Effective communication and the ability to engage and challenge stakeholders across all levels of seniority are essential. You excel at demonstrating the commercial value of finance interventions and projects, adept at translating financial concepts for non-financial stakeholders. As a proactive team player with a curious mindset, you bring initiative and confidence in offering solutions. Your innate motivation and enthusiasm make you a true self-starter, complemented by your excellent Excel skills.

LOCATION & HOURS OF WORK
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend three days per week in the office.
