Job description: Finance Assistant – WidnesBasic – £25,000Mon – Fri – 9.00am – 5.00pmWorking as part of the finance team in the UK, reporting to the Management Accountant in the UK with some interaction with our international office where applicable, you will help to maintain effective finance processes and systems.The tasks will include but not limited to:

  • To process invoices correctly and within agreed time limits
  • Assist to invoice/stock reconciliation.
  • Process payments
  • Support the credit controller where applicable.
  • Reconcile payments to suppliers.
  • Manage staff expense process ready for submission.
  • Resolve supplier queries (internal and external)
  • Complete supplier administration
  • Process and reconcile expenses.
  • Assist with month end tasks.

About You:

  • Strong administration skills with a proficient level of literacy and numeracy
  • The ideal candidate will have experience of being in a similar role.
  • A good understanding of purchase ledger and is confident with IT systems including excel.
  • High levels of attention to details
  • Team player with excellent communication and timekeeping skills
