Job description: Robert Half Finance and Accounting are currently looking to recruit a Finance Assistant to join our client located in North Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis. For the right person, the client is offering:Up to £23,700 plus benefits Responsible for ensuring all invoices are raised in adherence with the billing run timetableEnsure all invoices are administered to the correct party on the day of production Notify Income Analyst of any issues incurred during a billing runResponsible for the accuracy of fixed billing data in the systemProvide support and advice to other teams in relation to the billing procedures if neededMonitor the Invoicing mailbox and ensure all requests are actioned or passed to the relevant team memberEnsure new starters are processed as requested within one week of receiptProcess all leavers within the month the notification is receivedResponsible for the creation of the monthly manual accrual journal, ensuring all back up data checked and stored and processing once approved by a senior team memberResponsible for ensuring that all information and files relating to the above are saved in agreed formats & folders Person specification: Previous experience within a similar role is desirable but not an essentialProactive attitudeKeen to learnEnthusiasticHigh attention to detailGreat communication skillsComputer literate and confident with computer systemsBenefits: Hybrid working 3 days in the office 2 days from home On site parking 25 days holiday plus bank holidays For the right person, the client is offering: Up to £23,700 plus benefits Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
