We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Finance Assistant to support our Faculty Finance team in providing an outstanding service in the Faculty of Engineering and Physical Sciences
You will play an important role in the Finance Team providing advice and assistance to staff and students on a day-to-day basis, and will also undertake financial administrative tasks such as checking expense claims, producing routine reports and processing payments.
The role will require you to combine your excellent customer service skills with a focus on accuracy, meeting deadlines and promoting best practice. Previous experience of working with finance systems and procedures would also be advantageous, although not essential. Support for undertaking finance qualifications is available if appropriate.
