Job description: We are seeking a Finance Assistant on behalf of our client, an award–winning international interior design and architectural studio.

The role will focus on general administrative tasks, such as keeping HH address book up to date, ordering stationary and keeping all supplies well stocked; assisting the Finance Manager with all day–to–day finance tasks and administration; sending supplier invoices to the designers for sign off, posting the approved supplier invoices on Sage; negotiating supplier discounts.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and have a qualification in Accountancy, ideally AAT or qualified by experience; experience with reconciliations and supplier invoice posting & client invoice raising.

This is an excellent opportunity with room to develop within a growing design business with a global presence.

Expected salary: £29000 – 35000 per year
