Job description: CMA are pleased to be partnering with an established, UK leading logistics and distribution company based in Southampton. We are currently seeking a forward-thinking Finance Business Analyst to support business decisions through analysis and reporting of key data, assist in business planning and forecasting and provide insights to manage risk and enhance performance.
What will the Finance Business Analyst role involve?
- Provide comprehensive support to the wider team, encompassing performance analysis, reporting, business planning and forecasting.
- Deliver insightful and precise analysis to assist in decision support.
- Take the lead on financial aspects related to energy and utilities, including planning, forecasting, and analysis to support the sustainable development strategy.
- Perform ad hoc financial analysis, including scenario analysis and performance analysis of key business drivers.
Suitable Candidate for the Finance Business Analyst vacancy:
- Part or newly-qualified CIMA/ACCA.
- Proven financial analytics experience within a medium to large business.
- Proactive individual with an optimistic outlook, committed to personal growth.
- Highly proficient in Excel.
