Our client, A PE backed, ambitious business going through significant growth in Preston is looking for a Finance Business Partner or commercial minded Management Accountant to join their successful and expanding finance team, as they embark on their next stage of growth. They are looking for a dynamic, focussed and ambitious individual who can help support their vision and growth.
The Finance Business Partner will partner other Managers/Directors in the business and play a crucial role in financial management and decision making processes.
Some of the duties include:
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly accounts
- Provide reports to senior management on financial performance
- Monitor and report on capital expenditure activity
- Work with managers to identify areas of improvement
- Ensure upkeeping of all transaction records
- Fixed asset register reconciliations
- Assist on annual financial audits
- Support the wider finance team in various different area’s
- Support the finance management team on ad hoc projects as required
Ideally you will be:
- CIMA / ACCA / ACA qualified
- A good communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Have a high level of accuracy
- Highly proficient on Microsoft office and other systems
