The Finance Director is now looking for a strong Finance Business Partner with exceptional analytical skills to join the team. Reporting to the UK Finance Director you will be responsible for forecasting, budgeting, financial planning and analysis and ad hoc projects and reporting. Duties will include:-
- Review of month end v budget, identify any variances and investigate, highlighting areas for concern
- Assist with the preparation of the annual budgets and forecasts
- Support cost control and budget planning
- Deliver process improvement across the Group
- Cashflow forecasting
- Check and update financial reports and management accounts for presentation by the Finance Director
The ideal person will be ACCA, CIMA or ACA qualified with advanced Excel skills and project management. A logical thinker with an eye for detail and a proven track record in FP&A. This is a new role and you will be visible globally around the Group, therefore you need the gravitas and confidence to motivate and inspire colleagues across Europe and the USA. Benefits include a 10% bonus and working from home 2 days a week.
Expected salary: £55000 – 60000 per year
