Our client is looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join their dynamic and innovative Finance Business Partnering team. The role

This role is responsible for providing strong financial leadership within Change and Transformation while delivering value to the business. The Finance Business Partner will be tasked with:

  • Producing the monthly consolidated project accounts
  • Providing leadership and guidance to enable the team to deliver effective financial and budgeting management
  • Developing and maintaining a strong and wide network of relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Identifying and communicating financial opportunities and risks across Change and Transformation
  • To answer Project Manager financial queries, provide challenge and also to provide financial counsel in relation to matters such as accruals and budget queries
  • Developing the Financial Acumen of Project Managers and training them in financial process, procedure and review

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • Strong experience as Finance Business Partner, Management Accountant or Senior Finance Analyst
  • Qualified ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or qualified by experience
  • Developed Excel skills
  • Have a proven ability to create a compelling and accurate picture of financial information for the business
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Able to provide excellent support in problem solving, business change initiatives and process improvements
