- Overseeing the financial operations of the company in the FMCG industry.
- Providing strategic financial input and leadership on decision-making issues affecting the organisation.
- Optimising financial performance and strategic position.
- Controlling and forecasting income and expenditure.
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
- Developing and managing financial systems and policies.
- Managing organisational budgeting processes.
- Engaging with high-level stakeholders.

A successful Finance Manager should have:
- Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
