Job description: Robert Half Finance & Accounting are recruiting a newly created role of Commercial Finance Manager for a high growth privately owned business with a Head Office based on the outskirts of Leeds.The RoleReporting into the UK Financial Controller who has a great reputation in the business, the Commercial Finance Manager will have a wide remit of responsibilities ranging from day-to-day management of the finance function, through to the production of monthly management accounts and business partnering with the Senior Leadership Team.Duties and responsibilities of the Commercial Finance Manager will include:Managing a small, successful finance team based at the Head office in LeedsOverseeing the production of Monthly Management AccountsAnalyse and review Monthly results with the Managing Director and wider Senior Management TeamLead the annual budgeting and quarterly re-forecasting process.Complete year end statutory accounts The CandidateTo be considered for the role we welcome applications from candidates with the following:Qualified Accountant, with strong commercial acumenAbility to work with the wider business to help drive profitability.Strong attention to detailStrong communicator and influencerAdvanced excel skillsSalary & BenefitsIn return, the successful Financial Controller will receive the following:£60,000 – £65,000 base salaryCareer advancement opportunitiesFriendly working environmentFree on-site parkingRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
