Description

Are you an experienced Finance Manager or Finance Business Partner and looking for a new exciting and challenging role where you can go in and make it your own.

This is a really exciting opportunity for you to join a growing organisation that are currently going through a transformation. You will be responsible for managing a team of 2 whilst driving the business forward making key decisions.

Duties:

  • You will be responsible for providing key financial data, working closely with the Senior Finance Manager
  • Improving, reporting and measuring KPI
  • Manage the day-to-day running of the Finance function and supervising a team of 2
  • Assisting with the month end, budgeting, re-forecasting processes
  • Managing the external auditing process
  • Managing all Tender processes and analysing the data
  • Consolidation of management accounts
  • Overseeing the transformation and project management

Key Skills:

  • Previous experience of leading and mentoring a high performing finance teams
  • Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate and communicate effectively
  • Process and results driven
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Highly numerate with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate reporting/presentations on time
  • Extensive knowledge of profit and loss accounting and the accounting treatments for financial transactions
  • Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
  • Ability to work under pressure and stick to tight deadlines, self-motivated and able to time manage own workload with conflicting priorities
