Job description: Main responsibilities:

  • Manage month-end and year-end close processes
  • Budget and financial forecasts preparation
  • Liaise with external accounting support to manage accounting operations including, general ledger, revenue recognition, cost accounting and project profitability & billing
  • Support and financial resource planning and management
  • Manage compliance with tax reporting
  • Financial support for price proposals

Global Accounting Network are retained by a PR company in London to look for a Finance Manager to join their team.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your current experience in a similar industry, to own and lead the accounting function and work in a broad role across management accounting, forecast, budget, risk management and process/controls improvements.

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA Qualified or equivalent
  • Circa 5 years of accounting and finance experience
  • Proven industry experience post qualification in a similar sector
  • Comfortable liaising with staff at all levels of the organisation
  • Strong leadership and collaboration skills
  • Experience with creating finance reports for non-finance management teams
