Job description: Main responsibilities:
- Leading the team focused on product control and reconciliations across the front office, trading side of the business
- Taking a leading role on any finance transformation projects across the department
- Proactively identify gaps in controls and areas for process improvement
- Build and maintain relationships across the business, both inside and outside of finance
Global Accounting Network are currently recruiting for a world leader in the fintech industry.Due to ongoing growth, they are looking for a Manager to join the business with a focus on managing a team responsible for product control and reconciliations across the front office, trading side of the business.This is a senior leadership role with the ability to lead in transformation projects across the department.Skills/experience required:
- ACA qualified (or equivalent)
- Qualified through an audit scheme (such as Big 4)
- A confident people manager, with the ability to lead teams through high periods of change and transformation
- Strong IFRS working knowledge is essential
- Fintech or financial services “product control” knowledge or experience will be highly beneficial to your application
