School of Anthropology and Museum Ethnography, 51 Banbury Road, OX2 6PEThe School of Anthropology and Museum Ethnography have a great opportunity for someone interested in developing financial skills in a Higher Education environment. We are seeking to appoint a Finance Officer to manage day-to-day financial administrative activities, following university financial controls and using the University’s finance system (Oracle).You will act as first point of contact for general finance queries in the School and will need to keep abreast of financial regulations within the University. Working with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, you will have the ability to interact and communicate clearly with staff at all levels.You will have a proven ability to work accurately and with a high level of attention to detail, be comfortable with figures, and have some experience of working in an accounting type function.
