A central support office provides financial, HR, IT, Supply Chain and other administrative services to the group companies each of whom retains its own personality and who operate across a number of catering and hospitality markets.Recent acquisitions provide the group with new opportunities and include prestigious locations such as Musee Du Louvre in Paris and partnerships with established chefs such as Claus Meyers in Denmark.Job DescriptionThe scope of the role is to work as part of the client accounts team to provide day to day support, resolve queries, provide trading results and build relationships with our clients through:
- Set-up and maintenance of location accounts and application master data
- Maintenance and audit of User Access permissions
- Daily Management and error resolution of financial integrations to core finance application
- Providing day to day support for application users via Ticket Resolution System, phone, email
- Evaluation and proposal of accounting solutions to meet expectations
- Provide training and mentorship to application Users and other support teams
- Assisting the Change Management process and User Acceptance Testing
- Creation and maintenance of reporting using various sources of data
- Ad-hoc duties as requested by the Evolution Support Manager
QualificationsWhat we require from you:
- A good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills written and oral
- Ability to analyse and interpret data
- Ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Double entry accounting knowledge desirable
- Basic knowledge of SQL for database queries desirable
- Knowledge of retail/hospitality business and systems desirable
- Good IT literacy
- Demonstrate WSH Behaviours throughout
