Robertson Bell are excited to announce their partnership with this established charitable organisation as they go to market for a Finance Systems Analyst on a permanent, full-time basis. This role would suit an individual who has strong management accounting skills and is eager to do more on systems and has the desire to own and solve the finance systems problems. This role can be offered on a part time basis (working on a minimum of 23 hours), and candidates who are seeking a part-time role are encouraged to apply!

The key duties of this Finance Systems Analyst role are as follows:

  • Assisting with financial reporting and the production of monthly management accounts.
  • Act as the main point of contact for finance systems and to provide business partnering support to ensure the company can deliver the projects in a financially sustainable manner.
  • Develop and improve system processes and ensure that accurate and complete data is generated.
  • Support the organisational financial planning including budgeting and forecasting and working closely with the wider international team.
  • Support with year-end and project audits.

The successful candidate will have:

  • An AAT qualification, or be ACCA/CIMA/ACA part qualified, or be qualified by experience.
  • Be confident in developing and maintaining new systems and processes to drive improvements.
  • Advanced Excel skills and have excellent knowledge of CRM/accounting software systems.
  • Be highly organised and have the ability to pay strong attention to detail.
  • Avid problem-solving skills.
