A prominent Housing Association that has been going for 50 years are looking for a Financial Accountant/Finance Manager to join their collaborative, passionate team.

Responsibilities:
- Control Accounting – Balance sheet reconciliations and suggestions for improvements
- Revenue Assurance – Improvement of recording income, debtors and banking information
- Determining rental income from tenants
- Review of the fixed asset register with the Finance Director
Requirements:
- Technical finance background
- Background in financial controls and process improvement
- Great communication skills
- Strong excel and use of different finance packages
