Job description: This is a great opportunity for a fully qualified account to join a finance team delivering first class professional support to both the operational and financial management functions. Managing the Financial Accounts function in delivering the group requirements and annual audit process
- Ensure timely, accurate, consistent financial consolidation and reporting for the group
- Monthly and annual reporting for group with board commentary
- Improving financial controls and systems, ensuring tight balance sheet controls in place
- UK GAAP and IFRS reporting
- Balance sheet and cash flow forecasting
- Coordinate the smooth running of external audit process ensuring all reporting deadlines are met with minimal issues
- Management of the payroll function
- Provide ad-hoc information as required
Financial Accounting Manager – Ideal move for a second time mover from Practice |Hybrid working / North Leicestershire
- ACCA / ACA qualified
- Ideally practice trained with some experience also gained within industry
- High level of integrity and ethical behaviour.
- Ability to work effectively globally, develop relationships and influence people to drive outcomes
- Strong technical experience
- Ability to excel within a fast passed creative and growing environment
- Excellent communication skills
