Job description: Financial Accounting Manager, Glasgow area, circa £40K-£48K DOE

What will the role involve?

• Responsibility for the month-end financial accounting and reporting
• Responsibility for team management and development providing cover where required
• Balance sheet reconciliation
• VAT returns
• Overseeing accounts payable and outsourced payroll
• Intercompany and bank reconciliations
• Cash flow forecasting
• Payment runs
• Fixed asset management

What do you need to be considered?

• Experience in a similar finance role supervising a small team
• A ‘can do’ attitude and hands-on approach
• A meticulous and organised approach
• Excellent communication skills
• Great relationship management
• Be agile and open to a growth environment
