Job description: We are looking for an Fleet Admin Manager who can help us deliver our mission to make it seamless for individuals and businesses to make the transition to zero-carbon driving.This role will focus on day to day management of all operational requirements within our Fleet department. The focus of this role will be ensuring the Fleet team are working collectively to ensure our Fleet are fully compliant. The successful applicant would also be tasked with looking at our current partnerships and relationships to build an improved future state management. Working with these partners to manage service levels and to carry out and suggest improvements to our existing processes, ensuring our customer have delightful, memorable experiences.This is a new role within the Fleet Operations team, so there is lots to do but also a chance to influence how we provide our service and plenty of development opportunities. It will be important to also get stuck in with day-to-day queries/issues to get a full understanding and be able to carry out root-cause analysis.   • Ensure Fleet Compliance
  • Support Wider Vehicle Operations team
  • Work alongside partners to improve service
  • Focus on future needs within our Fleet
  • Management of in-life invoicing
  • Support existing Fleet team with daily tasks

What you’ll need…

  • Compliance knowledge nice to have
  • Fleet management experience
  • To be comfortable and skilled at building relationships at all levels
  • Experience working independently and as part of a close knit team
  • To be a natural finisher and an effective operator – you leave no loose ends in your path
  • To want to be part of a rapidly growing company and be comfortable adopting changes quickly
