Job description: My client are a Group of Construction Companies who have grown organically into the UK’s leading supplier of specialist building materials. They operate from numerous locations across the UK and Ireland. This Warehouse Role will be based at Head Office in Birmingham
MUST HAVE AN FLT LICENSE LIVE OR EXPIRED
Hours- Days 8.30-5pm Monday to Friday
Job Purpose:
Support your colleagues’ fabricating products in line with the required specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
· Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security of the work environment and products
· Liaise with internal colleagues in regards to customer orders and deliveries
· Support colleagues in the warehouse ensuring products are produced in line with customer requirements and are of an excellent standard
· Receive and store goods in the warehouse in a safe manner
· Operate a laser guided saw to produce customer orders
· Any other reasonable duties as requested by management

Person Specification:
Essential:
· Forklift truck certificate/Counterbalance (if expired the Company will refresh)
· Understanding of and commitment to provide the highest standard of customer service
· A positive team player, with demonstrable ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
· Attention to detail
· Operational experience using a laser guided saw
· Previous warehouse experience
Desirable:
· Experience in a construction environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £22,000.00 per year

- Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (preferred)
- CPCS (preferred)
