- £8.50 – £11.00 per hour depending on age and experience

About the Role:
As a Food and Beverage Assistant, you’ll be an integral part of our client’s Restaurant and Bar team. Your role involves ensuring the seamless daily service of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in daily food service in the restaurants
- Uphold required service standards following SOPs
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the brasserie and restaurant
- Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Manager and Supervisors
- Provide friendly and professional service to guests
- Work across breakfast, lunch, dinner, and events

- Neat and presentable appearance
