About you as F&B Manager
- Ideally previous managerial experience running a luxury F&B operation
- Commercially aware of unique business opportunities to increase revenue
- Organised and efficient to balance busy admin and operation
- Naturally adaptable to the ever-changing hospitality world
- Invested in your teams’ needs and promote a positive work culture
- Collaborate with other managers to ensure successes in your department
Some of the key tasks of the F&B Manager
- Take ownership of the day to day running of our Clubroom, Bar and events spaces within the hotel by driving standards and exceeding guest expectations
- Train, develop and engage new and current team members to encourage retaining and building department
- Working within the financial budgets to ensure sales are achieved and exceeded
- Drive and implement commercial activities across all F&B outlets to achieve budgeted revenues
- Work closely with central events team regarding new enquiries, converting business and ensuring implementation of full event cycle
- Collaborate with Head Chef, Bar Manager and General Manager for seasonal menu ideas and launches
- Be confident in supporting the F&B operation at functions and peak times as required
