It’s a role for those who thrive in leading a top-notch operation and have a hands on approach to people management.Is this you? If so, you’re the Food & Beverage Manager we’re after…Every day will be something new, but here are some of the key responsibilities you’ll take on as the Food & Beverage Manager at The FOUNDRY:
- Team Leadership: Support and oversee the daily operations of your team, promoting a culture of positivity and teamwork.
- Supply Management: Ensure the smooth handling of orders, supplies, and equipment, keeping our F&B standards top-notch.
- Staff Training & Development: Welcome new staff members, deliver comprehensive training, and promote opportunities for growth and development.
- Financial Management: Assist the GM in financial planning, keep an eye on business performance, and support F&B strategies to manage costs effectively.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Work alongside the General Manager to recruit and onboard top talent.

- Operational Excellence: Proven success in enhancing operational efficiency and enhancing service standards.
- Culinary and Bar Expertise: A wealth of knowledge in modern F&B trends and mixology, ready to wow our guests.
- Leadership Excellence: A track record of supporting high-performing teams with a proactive, hands-on approach to creating a positive culture.
- Financial Savvy: Strong understanding of commercial business aspects, including budgeting, monitoring key performance indicators, and identifying revenue opportunities.
