Job description: Get Golfing CIO is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join our team. As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring exceptional service for our guests at our golf facilities. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the food and beverage operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.Responsibilities
- Supporting the management team to run the the events.
- Ensuring that the Banqueting department runs smoothly at all times
- Preparing the tables and rooms for service according to the details specified on the function’s sheets
- Assisting other outlets when required,
- Delivering an excellent service to our Members and their Guests
Requirements
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry.
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer concerns effectively.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
- Passion for providing excellent customer service.
