We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Food and Beverage in the excellent Clayton Hotel Manchester Airport

With 365 bedrooms, 17 Meeting and Events rooms, our vibrant Aviator Bar and Grill Restaurant, this is a 24/7 property where you will never be bored!

And with a further 2 hotels having opened in the City of Manchester and a 3rd Hotel on the way this is a rapidly growing company with fantastic career development opportunities for the right candidate!

We are offering £11.56, plus excellent tips and incentive schemes!

Objective of the Role

Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Food and Beverage Assitant will provide a friendly and efficient service to the hotel guests.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Regular guests are known and greeted accordingly using their name.
• Ensure a good working knowledge of food and wine. Be able to make recommendations.
• Be friendly, courteous and professional at all times.
• Up-sell and maximise sales revenue whenever and wherever possible.

Requirements:

• Previous hotel experience in a 3/4 star hotel property is desired but not essential.
• Previous experience in a high volume/ fast paced environment.
• Fluent English and excellent communication skills.
• Micros Experience would be preferable.
