Provide ongoing coaching, support, and motivation to ensure excellence in service delivery.Business Development: Identify opportunities for business growth and profitability enhancement. Collaborate with the management team to develop innovative strategies for attracting and retaining customers.Reservations Management: Utilise strong Reservations Diary (Res Diary) experience to effectively manage bookings, optimise table turnover, and maximise revenue potential.Financial Management: Monitor budgetary targets, control costs, and analyse financial performance metrics. Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality standards.Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and service consistency. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with customers, solicit feedback, and address concerns promptly and effectively. Strive to exceed guest expectations and cultivate a loyal clientele base.IT Support: Provide technical support and guidance to staff regarding the use of IT systems, POS terminals, and other technology platforms. Ensure smooth functioning of all digital tools and software applications.Representation: Serve as the face of the business, embodying professionalism, poise, and credibility. High-Volume Environment Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in managing operations within a busy, high-quality, and high-volume dining environment.
