What we need, in a nutshell
This is an amazing opportunity for an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead and motivate a team of holiday heroes to ensure our customers receive the best during their visit, whether they are staying on Park or attending a function.

We need you to be the person who delivers delight every day when guests rock up to our bars and restaurants. You will have a cheery hello for whether you are serving up knickerbocker glories or pulling the pints.

Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need
We are looking for a high calibre Food & Beverage Manager that can create an environment where a team thrive and our guests can sit back and take away memories that will last a lifetime; whilst still having an analytical mind that can process KPI’s and drive the right behaviour though standards and leading the way, so you will need to:
- Manage, lead, train and motivate a team to deliver delight
- Oversee the smooth running of the bar and restaurant, the preparation for service, as well as overseeing service and supervising the after-service duties.
- Maximise sales whilst driving profitable growth with care and flair
- Carryout regular stock takes and order, as necessary.
- Handle deliveries and ensure health and safety regulations are always enforced
- Oversee and contribute to any project work as part of the upcoming development
