We are passionate about the industry and always on the lookout for new talent to join us on our journey…A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE MANAGER AT THE PRINCIPAL YORKWhat you’ll be doing…Reporting to the Head of Food & Beverage, working alongside two other Food & Beverage Operations Managers.Responsible and accountable for leading all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation across the hotel, including, Refectory Restaurant, Chapter House Bar and Garden Room.Responsible and accountable for recruitment, induction, managing & training of the team, including the Supervisors & hosts.Responsible and accountable for delivering coaching and training to your team to ensure the highest of standards are delivered and guest expectation is consistently exceeded.
