What will I be doing?
- Coordinate team of Porters whilst setting up meeting and event rooms
- Communicate and delegate in line with daily function sheets
- Ensure the Food & Beverage areas are kept clean and tidy and meeting rooms are refreshed
- Welcome guests in a polite and friendly manner
- Follow cash handling procedures
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Plan, organise and control the daily operations
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Comply with local licensing laws
