Job description: Job DescriptionTQR Exeter is working in partnership with a restaurant in Porthleven, Cornwall.We are seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee a small team that prides itself on keeping their patrons happy.Why this role?

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be required to:
- Undertake shifts on weekdays and weekends.
- To be a focal point for hotel guests and employees when on shift
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Proactively communicate to colleagues and line managers customer feedback
To Apply the Food & Beverage Supervisor you will have:
- The ability to lead a team of between 3 – 5 team members, demonstrating strong leadership skills.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry at supervisory level.
- Have attention to detail.
- Good standard of spoken and written English
- Insists on high standards.
