We are looking for a reliable and ambitious Food Production Operative on a temporary to permanent basis.What will my role look like?As a Food Production Operative you will be responsible for the smooth running of the production line, loading machines with raw meat, packing and adhering to all Health and Safety requirements.Their culture is built on respect, teamwork, ambition and excellence, if you think you represent these values, please get in touch!Hourly rate: £12.00Weekly shift pattern: Monday to Friday, 6am – 2pm (shift start times may vary).Benefits:

Your duties will include:
- Achieving daily output targets.
- Loading machines with raw ingredients.
- Operating a thermal shrink packaging machine.
- Helping the production line run smoothly.
- Adhering to Health and Safety at all times.
- Packing of finished products.
- Ensuring correct product labelling.
To be considered for the role of Food Production Operative, you must have:
- Excellent punctuality.
- Experience of working in an FMCG food manufacturing environment.
- Physically able to stand for long periods.
- Professional attitude to work and flexible on working times.
- A good understanding of the meat industry.
- Able to maintain strong attention to detail whilst continuously quality checking products.
